Just picture a 4 month old puppy, roaming the streets of Austin for weeks, sick and hungry. The neighbors occasionally set out food, but no one was willing to rescue him. Finally, a kind soul picked him up and posted a plea for help on Craigslist. Luckily, he ended up with a family in Wimberley who loves him very much and a vet willing to go the extra mile to treat him for a multitude of health problems.
Unfortunately, Jasper’s struggle isn’t over yet. He must have surgery to correct his cleft palate and save him from chronic respiratory infections that threaten his life. Texas A & M has a specialist who will do the surgery, but the cost is steep.
Jasper has been through so much and has come so far. He deserves a second chance at living a normal puppy life. Will you help him live the dream here in Wimberley, fetching sticks, playing ball, and swimming in the creek?
